Step-by-Step Crochet Pattern
Step 1: Starting the Magic Ring
Begin with a magic ring and make 10 single crochet stitches into the center. Pull the ring tightly to close.
Step 2: Increasing Rounds
In the next rows, follow this pattern:
- Row 2: Increase in every stitch (Total: 20 stitches)
- Row 3: [1 Single Crochet, 1 Increase] repeat (Total: 30 stitches)
- Row 4: [2 Single Crochet, 1 Increase] repeat (Total: 40 stitches)
Step 3: Creating Two Pieces
Repeat the above steps to create two identical star-shaped pieces – one for the front and one for the back.
Step 4: Joining & Making Star Points
Hold both pieces together and crochet around the edges while creating the star points by following this pattern:
